Troubleshooting: Setup and Operations

Optical weapon sights are a mechanical device and can fail. There are many reasons why your weapon sight may not be working properly, however, most of the time it will turn out to be user error. Learn some of the warning signs that your weapon sight is trying to tell you and try these recommendations before contacting the manufacturer for repair of the unit.

Safety Measures and Best Practices

Key principles include verifying firearm clearance before mounting or adjusting optics, maintaining situational awareness to prevent negligent discharges, and ensuring a proper zeroing process in a controlled environment. Are there any live sessions included?
